Target Market / Customer
Similar to traditional agency services we want to offer an onboarding experience that
engages our user base by offering digital content, products, and services. Typical users will
be familiar with available hardware options that can be utilized in custom environments.
Problem & Need
With the influx of options and resources that are becoming available today we have a need
for more intuitive tools that streamline customized deployable spaces specific to the wants
and needs of clients and their customers being served.
Product & Wedge
We are offering multiple onboarding solutions that will increase engagement and create
multiple digital resources as a part of our agency experience. Also by offering a web portal
questionnaire we are categorizing different kinds of content users want to interact with and
available devices to interact with them.
Defensibility
We have deployed a proprietary methodology that is uniquely designed to continuously
engage the marketplace interest and offerings as it evolves. We have teamed up and
leveraged industry-leading counterparts to further advance our creative concepts and media
outlet to the mainstream market as we continue development.
Go-To-Market
The goal here is to continuously develop a platform that can evolve based on user interest
and engagement as things fall into place. This technology is so new and fresh that we are still
defining set standards that will play out in the long run as a part of the immersive web.
Monetization
Included in the user experience will be purchasable digital products and media content that
will deviate from our eXperience Over Media system integration. Users will be able to offer
hundreds of real-world products in a digital form and in part customize the look and feel of
their uniquely defined environments and brands.

Similar to use cases with our XOM application we predict billions of users will eventually
adopt augmented reality and digital resources once it is available for popular trend on the
street level. This means industries like fashion, beauty, and everyday necessities will lead the
way in new possibilities. At this point, we will start to see more interest.
Competition
This is a highly competitive industry but luckily is being dispersed to numerous parties
involved to help build out a mutual end goal which is an immersive future for all. Depending
on skill set, strategy, and overall adoption over time we will see a shift in traditional market
strategies to play a part in the newly booming ecosystem.

We are highly experienced in the specific skill sets and programs needed to deploy
such resources and have used our knowledge to find verticals special to our rebrand
initiative. We have partnered with multiple leaders in the field and hope to leverage
everyone’s best abilities to create masterful content.

Product
We are deploying a web-based environmental experience that offers multiple immersive web
components. It can be engaged in any web browser and communicate with cloud databases
while using VR and AR extensions we provide. Immersive eCommerce, Broadcast, and Assist.

The platform has showcased a few resources we will integrate into the overall web interface.
In that time we will measure the user interactions and aspects of the journey that are most
memorable to determine the next steps in the development process. As we scale the

Fundraising Stages
Seed Round
In collaboration with our flagship application (XOM) coming in July, we expect to raise 1.2
million in seed funding to help us deploy and fine-tune the cloud resources, data deliverables,
and hardware infrastructure to make this a successful platform for the future. We hope that
in turn, those that get involved will assist in paving the way for future growth in unknown and
exciting territories for the internet of everything.

Roadmap & Milestones
As we continue to roll out a working platform we start to think about realistic
implementation strategies for everyday users. Not everyone has the hardware needed to
capture broadcast media and the cost ratio still hasn’t found a sustainable solution to be a
product available for purchase at this moment in time. We will aim to work with tech leaders
to better define these offerings knowing that it’s only a matter of time until everyone will
have their own personal rig to work with on a daily basis. The future is now!
