DigiFX LLC does not host a forum, and there is no public discussion board attached to Media Console or any other DigiFX product. Discussion-shaped requests are handled today as direct, private support threads.
01How a question gets answered
Send it through the contact form at digifx.com/contact, or write directly to contact@digifx.com. The published turnaround is one to two business days. There is also a phone line, (888) 283-2673.
Because there is no public archive to search first, the quality of the first reply depends almost entirely on the detail in the first message. Include:
- The exact page or module, and the URL you were on
- The version string shown in the site footer, if one is visible
- What you expected, what happened instead, and whether it repeats
- Your browser and operating system
That list is not arbitrary. It mirrors what the in-console bug reporter captures automatically, which is the fastest route for anything that looks like a defect rather than a question.
02Where product feedback goes
Signed-in Media Console users can open Help & Support and choose "Report a Problem". The form asks which page or module is affected, built from the console's live area list so the options cannot drift from the real app, plus a description of up to 1,000 characters.
Each submitted report stores your account identifier and email, the affected area and its release status at the time of reporting, the build version, the route, and the browser user agent. Reports land on an internal diagnostics board and move through three states: new, acknowledged, resolved. To keep an accidental double-click from flooding the board, a session may send five reports with a 30-second cooldown between them.
Two honest limits. Nothing submitted this way is public, so it will not help another customer find an answer. And there is no reply thread inside the product, so if you need a conversation rather than a record, use the contact form.
03What a discussion board would require first
A forum is an ongoing commitment rather than a feature toggle, and naming the pieces makes the gap visible: account-linked identity so posts are attributable, a named moderation owner, a retention and takedown policy, an abuse-reporting route, and someone accountable for threads that go unanswered. An unmoderated or abandoned board is worse than no board, because it answers nobody and stays indexed for years.
Nothing on this page should be read as a commitment to launch one, or to avoid launching one. If a board opens, this page will describe it, including where it lives and who moderates it.
