Media Console does not include a hosted community site, forum, or chat server. Questions, support requests, and product feedback are handled through direct channels. This page lists the ones that actually exist.

01Where to reach us today

Two intake routes are live.

The contact form at digifx.com/contact. Four fields: name, email, subject, message. The page states a reply within one to two business days. It also publishes the direct address, contact@digifx.com, and a phone number, (888) 283-2673, for anyone who would rather not use a form.

DragonSource Connect at dragonsource.org/connect. A guided intake that asks what kind of conversation you want before collecting anything else. The web form shows six connection types: Investment Inquiry, Executive & Engineering, Strategic Partnership, VIP / Media Inquiry, Client Support, and General Inquiry. Submissions are reviewed, and the follow-up can be an email reply, a chat, or a scheduled meeting depending on what the request needs.

Neither route is a community. Both are one-to-one, and nothing sent through them is visible to other customers.

02Help inside the console

Signed-in Media Console users have a Help & Support panel with a searchable FAQ covering media uploads, profile edits, sharing and permissions, library organization, and account security. It is a reference surface, not a discussion board: no threads, no replies, no other users.

The same panel carries a "Report a Problem" button, which opens the bug-report form. A submitted report records the page or module you were on, that area's release status at the time, your description, the build version, the route, and the browser user agent, then lands on an internal diagnostics board where it is tracked as new, acknowledged, or resolved. Descriptions are capped at 1,000 characters, and a single session is limited to five reports with a 30-second gap between them.

03What we do not run

Stated plainly, because the knowledgebase has previously implied otherwise. These hold for Media Console — the wider DragonSource estate is an open question (see the gaps list):

  • No forum, message board, or comment system
  • No community chat server or user-to-user messaging
  • No public member directory or profile browsing
  • No community events program

The console's Social module is sometimes mistaken for a community feature. It is a content workspace for composing and previewing posts — the preview live-renders five platform skins, with XOM as the primary target and the other platforms disabled as coming soon. Per the module's own audit, the publish and schedule buttons are UI-only stubs and there is no OAuth, so no external account can be connected and nothing can actually be scheduled or published. It does not connect you to other DigiFX users.

If a community product ships, this page gets rewritten to describe it. Until then, the contact routes above are the ones that reach a person.
