Paid Memberships

2 min read·Article 03 / 03

There is no paid membership program at DigiFX LLC. No plan, tier, or purchase grants access to a private community, a forum, or members-only content, because none of those exist. This page explains what paying for a DigiFX product actually gets you.

01What is actually sold today

Media Console has a billing surface built around a four-tier plan model: Creator, Pro, Studio, and Enterprise. The tiers differ by AI credit allowance, render minutes, storage, bandwidth, and seats. Creator is the free tier, and every new account starts there.

Two things are worth stating clearly. Monthly subscription checkout is not currently enabled, so the paid plan buttons indicate "Soon" rather than starting a purchase. And the pricing shown in the application is indicative, finalizing at checkout, with Enterprise quoted by contact rather than listed. Treat the billing surface, never this page, as the price of record.

What can be purchased today is credits. Credits are one-time top-up packs that fund per-action AI usage across the creative tools, with each action carrying a published cost: generated images, AI video clips, audio stem separation, voice synthesis, style transfer, captions, and script drafts all draw from the same balance. Credits are consumed as work is performed. They are a usage currency, not a subscription.

Signed-in customers can review their plan, credit balance, and payment details in the console's Billing area.

02What none of this includes

Paid access on Media Console governs software surfaces and usage allowances. It does not include:

  • Forum or message-board access
  • A private or premium discussion group
  • A member directory, or visibility of other customers
  • Members-only events, briefings, or a gated content library

There is no product behind any of those, at any price. Feature gating on the platform decides which application modules an account can open and how much AI work it can perform, and nothing more.

03If you were told otherwise

The knowledgebase card that led here previously advertised premium community memberships with exclusive content and networking benefits. That was placeholder copy describing a product DigiFX does not offer, and it should not be treated as a description of anything purchasable.

If someone has quoted you a DigiFX membership, or you are reading material that describes one, write to contact@digifx.com before paying anything. We will confirm what your account actually holds. The contact page also lists a direct line, (888) 283-2673, and states a reply within one to two business days.
