Creative Services

Creative services are the human side of the platform: production work delivered by DigiFX rather than assembled by the customer in the console. DigiFX describes itself as a digital production company specializing in rich media engagement, motion graphics design, and application technologies.

01The service areas

Seventeen service areas are published, each with a defined set of deliverables:

Media production — video production (commercial, corporate, social, explainer), photography (product, event, headshots, retouching), podcast production (setup, sound design, editing, distribution), and event production (virtual conferences, webinars, live streaming).

Design and creative — design and animation (logo, brand identity systems, infographics, motion graphics), content creation (blog strategy, conversion copywriting, interactive infographics, newsletters), and branded merchandise (apparel, promotional items, physical package layouts).

Engineering — website development (UI/UX, ecommerce, responsive architecture, headless CMS), app development (custom environment selector, cross-platform frameworks, runtime optimization), and immersive solutions (VR experience development, 360-degree spherical video, AR filters and apps, spatial interaction design).

Growth — SEO services, digital advertising (search, display, paid social, retargeting), email marketing, social management, interactive media (gamification, quizzes and polls, virtual tours), analytics and reporting, and consulting and training.

02How work is delivered

The published lifecycle runs: discovery, conceptual drafting and user validation, approval of visual layout and strategic goals, then build under quality assurance, with milestone tracking visible on the Media Console dashboard. Timelines are scoped per project.

The creative page describes the underlying production pipeline in more concrete terms. Video work begins with a storyboard covering voice-over, titles, and animated elements, is assembled on a linear editing platform, then moves to compositing for camera tracking, filters, and expression-driven animation. Three-dimensional work covers modeling, texturing, and rigging, with real-time rendering for 3D objects and separate character rigging tooling.

Web delivery covers adaptive and HTML banner formats with custom interactive frameworks, game-engine-based interactive content, content management for rapid production, and ecommerce implementation with encrypted transactions. Mobile delivery covers app signing and packaging, platform selection, and adaptation of the campaign framework for email and mobile assets.

03Bundling

DigiFX states that most engagements combine several service areas rather than buying one in isolation — the commonly cited pairing is web development with SEO and brand merchandise, run under a single strategy. Bundling is presented as the normal case, not an upsell.

04When to use services instead of the platform

The platform is built so a customer can configure an environment themselves. Services exist for the parts that configuration cannot cover: original video and photography, brand identity, custom 3D assets, campaign strategy, and any bespoke engineering beyond the component catalog. A typical engagement uses both — services produce the assets, the platform deploys them.
