Packages are how platform capability is purchased. Each package bundles a set of integrated components with a runtime, and the package family determines which feature group you get access to.
01Structure
The packages hub publishes seven families. Each family carries four tiers, for 28 packages in total.
| Family | Tiers | Feature group (hub label) | |---|---|---| | Alpha | Silver, Gold, Platinum, Custom | Core system features | | Ecommerce | Basic, Plus, Premium, Custom | Ecommerce+ | | Broadcast | Basic, Plus, Premium, Custom | Broadcast+ | | Artificial | Basic, Plus, Premium, Custom | Artificial+ | | Gamified | Basic, Plus, Premium, Custom | Gamified+ | | Enterprise | Basic, Plus, Premium, Custom | Enterprise+ | | App | Basic, Plus, Premium, Custom | App+ |
Every tier is described by three things: the feature group it unlocks, a component assortment expressed as a minimum count, and a monthly duration. The tiers within a family differ almost entirely by how many components the assortment includes — Alpha Silver carries 8 or more, Gold 24 or more, Platinum 48 or more.
02The Custom tier
Every family has a Custom option offering a custom assortment rather than a fixed one. In most families Custom starts below that family's Basic or Silver tier, but not in all — Broadcast lists Custom at $15,000+, above its Basic tier at $13,000+. Custom is therefore the option for a defined, narrow scope rather than a guaranteed cheap entry point: instead of buying a tier and using a third of it, a customer specifies the components the campaign actually needs.

03Choosing a family
The family choice follows directly from what the campaign has to do. Each family's tiers carry a feature-group label on the packages hub, but only Ecommerce+ and Broadcast+ correspond to component groups documented in Integrated Components — the Artificial+, Gamified+, Enterprise+, and App+ labels (and Alpha's Core System Features) appear only as tier labels on the hub:
- Alpha — a general starting package with core system features and a mixed assortment. Appropriate for a first deployment where the shape of the campaign is not yet fixed.
- Ecommerce — for environments that sell. Product catalog, search, checkout.
- Broadcast — for environments built around live delivery.
- Artificial — for AI-assisted features.
- Gamified — for quest, reward, and progression campaigns.
- Enterprise — for scaled deployments with heavier infrastructure and support requirements.
- App — for delivering the experience as an application.
04Before requesting a quote
The published figures are all starting prices with a plus sign. Treat them as a floor, not a quote. Two things determine where a real number lands: which components the assortment actually contains, and whether the deployment needs capture-capable hardware on site. Settle the environment type and the component list first, then price the package — doing it in the other order tends to buy a tier that does not contain what the campaign needs.
