The Agency Software Suite is the DigiFX software division: five published modules — Agency, Create, Stream, Exchange, and Social. The product pages describe each as standalone software for hyper-runtime environments, distributed through the desktop launcher. DFX Agency is the module that manages immersive projects end to end, from asset library through publishing and analytics.
01What the suite contains
Each module has its own product page under digifx.com/software:
- Agency (Immersive Platform) — create, manage, and optimize immersive content in one place.
- Create (Design & Build) — the authoring environment for 3D and interactive work.
- Stream (Immersive Broadcast) — immersive streaming and on-demand delivery.
- Exchange (Digital Currencies) — wallet, portfolio, and digital-asset tooling.
- Social (Content & Media) — avatars, virtual worlds, and social distribution.
A sixth module, BUILD, appears on the platform page as upcoming — described as a tool for creating and controlling customized environmental resources. It is not available and should not be promised to customers.
02Inside DFX Agency
The Agency page organizes the product into capability areas rather than a feature list. The main ones:
- Content creation — 3D modeling and rendering, AR/VR content authoring.
- Content library — asset storage and organization, version control, custom models, textures, and animations.
- Managed collaboration — user roles and permissions, real-time tools for teams, task and progress tracking.
- Cross compatibility — support for a range of VR and AR hardware, and APIs for third-party integrations.
- Content publishing — distribution to app stores and cross-platform publishing.
- Analytics and reporting — usage analytics, performance analytics for content optimization, conversion tracking.
- Monetization — in-app purchases, subscription models, dynamic advertising integration.
- Security and privacy — content encryption and DRM, user data protection, privacy-regulation compliance.
Supporting areas cover localization and multilingual delivery, accessibility, documentation and training, cloud infrastructure with CDN distribution, content licensing and digital watermarking, and APIs and SDKs for third-party developers.
03How Agency fits the platform
Agency does not stand alone in how DigiFX sells. The Media Console platform packages software with a catalog of integrated components, several of which are described as included with a runtime package: Product Anchoring System, Immersive Ad System, Procedural Generation, Digital Content Uploader, Main Capture System, Main Controller System, Preset Layouts, and Sequential Updater. Further components — Product API Integration among them — are grouped under the paid Ecommerce+, Broadcast+, and Environment+ tiers.
Packages are published in seven families — Alpha, Ecommerce, Broadcast, Artificial, Gamified, Enterprise, and App — each offered at Basic/Silver, Plus/Gold, Premium/Platinum, and Custom levels, with component counts and support level increasing by tier.
04Getting support
Support for suite questions routes through the DigiFX contact form. The platform FAQ states that documentation, video tutorials, a community forum, and a dedicated support team are available to platform users.
