Productivity Software

DigiFX does not publish a standalone productivity application. The project-management, collaboration, and workflow features customers ask about live inside the software suite — primarily DFX Agency and DFX Create — and are used to run immersive projects rather than general office work.

01Where the productivity features live

DFX Agency carries the team and project layer. Its managed-collaboration area covers user roles and permissions, real-time tools for teams, and task and progress tracking. Its content library handles asset storage and organization, version control, and asset management for custom models, textures, and animations.

DFX Create carries the authoring-side workflow. Live collaboration covers real-time co-editing and reviewing with integrated group broadcast. Version control covers version history with rollback, conflict resolution when people edit the same work, and scheduled automatic backups. Create also lists the ability to work on projects offline and sync changes later.

Neither module describes a document editor, spreadsheet, calendar, or email client. If a customer is looking for those, the suite is not the answer and should not be positioned as one.

02Project and asset workflow

Work moves through the suite as assets rather than documents. The practical implications:

  • Assets are stored and versioned in the Agency content library; Create can import external assets into the same library.
  • Rollback exists at the version-history level in Create, so a bad edit is recoverable rather than destructive.
  • Platform runtime packages include a Sequential Updater component, described as automatic dynamic storage-container backup migration on a bi-monthly cycle.
  • Content licensing tools, distribution agreements, and digital watermarking are listed in Agency for teams that need to track rights on delivered work.

03Measurement and review

Both modules include a reporting layer that matters for agency-style project accountability. Agency lists usage analytics for user behavior, performance analytics for content optimization, and conversion tracking for marketing campaigns, plus feedback and review systems covering ratings, feedback collection and analysis, and a customizable information library. Create lists integration with analytics tools, user engagement tracking, and feedback collection.

04What is not documented

Three things are worth stating plainly rather than assuming:

  1. No published third-party integrations. Nothing in the product material names an integration with an outside project-management, ticketing, chat, or document tool.
  2. No stated availability per feature. The microsites present capability areas without marking which are live, which are in beta, and which are roadmap.
  3. No stated limits. Storage ceilings, seat counts, project counts, and retention periods for versions and backups are not published.

For any of these, route the question to the DigiFX team rather than inferring an answer from the feature list.
